The SaaS Tech Summit wanted Box Media to increase the amount of professional attendees and supporters leading up to their event. With a 3 month timeline provided to Box, we utillised a range of previous data and our expertise in converting clicks to signups to optimise the camapaign.
The team wanted to opt for 6 ad sets over the 3 month period and firstly target tech professionals that had atteneded simialr events in the last year. We then used this data to assist our campaign optimisation, the use of multiple ad sets helped Box utilsie data as we progressed.
By leveraging platform-specific paid campaigns, optimised landing pages, and targeted ads to SaaS professionals, the campaign generated over 900,000 impressions and 10,500 clicks. This led to 5,000 confirmed signups and an impressive 48% click-to-signup rate, demonstrating the strength of our funnel strategy and the relevance of our audience targeting.
